Admissions Procedure

The county Admissions Team manage the process of pupils starting school in their Reception year, during the year and in other year groups.  Children are entitled to enter full time education from the September prior to their 5th birthday (and must do so by the term following their fifth birthday at the latest).  Information is sent regarding first time admissions for Reception places direct from the local authority in the Autumn Term.  This gives full guidance on how and when to apply for a school place.

We welcome visitors at William Penn and would ask you to ring the school office on 01403 741274 if you are considering a place at the school for your child.

In addition, we have three Open Days every year when visitors are welcome to join us and experience the school for themselves.
