School Meals are supplied to William Penn School by a company called Chartwells Ltd.
All children in Key Stage 1 are entitled to a hot meal. This can be ordered through the parent meal ordering system, an online payment and meal selection system called ParentPay. This app enables parents to be confident that they are in control of the meal choices for their child, they will receive the meal they have selected even if they are last in the queue, regardless of if it is a paid meal or free meal.
The system is also reducing food waste. It also ensures a robust system that enables children with allergies and intolerances to view meals that are only suitable for their specific requirements and receive the meal that they selected.
How Parents set up a Parent Pay Account
- Via the website –
To create a new account, you will need to have the account activation letter provided by the school to hand. You will also need to be able to access your email as your email address will become your new username and is used for the verification process.
If you have lost your activation letter or not yet received it, please contact the office on email@example.com.
Please note: if you have previously had a ParentPay account you should attempt to login to this account and follow the add a child process, rather than creating a new one. Visit https://app.parentpay.com/public/client/security/v2/#/login
