Parent Governors

Lucy worked at Standard & Poor's ratings agency for 7 years before leaving to look after her two children, Lola and Jac. Her working background is mainly in marketing. At S&P she was responsible for many large events held by the Sovereign and Financial Ratings teams, working alongside banks and organisations such as the International Monetary Fund, before moving into S&P's Investor Relations team. Prior to this she worked for a boutique creative marketing agency.

Lucy moved back to West Sussex in 2020 after living in London for 15 years. Her husband attended William Penn, so it has been lovely to see both of their own children thrive there. Lucy strongly believes that all children should have access to a fun, inspirational, varied education and hopes to assist William Penn in their ambition to provide this.

Natalie is really excited to be starting her journey as a parent governor. Her ‘day job’ is as a
book-keeper and she is also involved in her husbands farm that the family live on.
Her son is part of the school and she is interested in being part of his educational journey. She is keen to learn new information and help as much as she can.
